Penny Elliott

Penny is a Grandmother and her work at HRB has increased her knowledge of music of all sorts incredibly. She has recently celebrated her 25th anniversary with HRB, receiving a Long Service Certificate from The Hospital Broadcasting Association.

She is a Sarum Reader, which is a lay preacher for the Anglican Church in Hamworthy and also Information Officer for the Anglican Churches in the Poole Deanery.

The rest of her 'spare time' is taken up with volunteering at Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts. Plus when she's not doing housework she likes to read - a lot - mostly non-fiction and ancient history.

Penny loves holidays and going abroad - her family live in Belgium which is a good start! She also particularly loves spending time on a river boat in Europe, and visiting places in the UK she's not seen before.

By the way - if you want to take her out to dinner she likes asparagus, lobster and raspberries, so you'll need to take out a mortgage first!!
