What a brilliant day and a fitting tribute to the late Tony Fail who organised so many Carnivals over the years.

The weather was glorious, which was quite a surprise, and the "Carnival Crew" did a superb job for HRB. The van looked marvellous, be-decked in balloons and streamers, the music/jingles/trails were excellent and the "little ones" all loved Herbee. We also handed out "tons" of publicity and it was a great "advert" for HRB.

We all had a brilliant time and came 2nd in our class.
